Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Santaviqueplate website and the online information, reservation-request and event-enquiry features made available by Santaviqueplate Pty Ltd at 88 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Venue information and website content

The website provides general information about the restaurant, casino environment, events, opening arrangements and ways to contact the venue. Descriptions, menus, schedules, room configurations, entertainment formats and availability may change. Website content is not a guarantee that a particular table, event, game, dish or room will be available at a specific time.

3. Age restrictions and casino access

Casino areas are restricted to people aged 18 and over. Venue staff may require valid identification and may refuse or limit access where age, identification, capacity, security, conduct or applicable venue rules require it. The website itself does not create a right of entry.

4. Responsible play

Casino participation is entertainment and involves the possibility of loss. Guests should set personal time and spending limits, avoid chasing losses and stop when participation is no longer enjoyable. Nothing on this website represents a promise of winnings, financial return or a strategy for profit.

5. Reservation and enquiry requests

Submitting a form or contacting the venue does not itself create a confirmed reservation, event booking or contract. A request is confirmed only when the venue communicates acceptance through the relevant booking process. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information and for updating us if material details change.

6. Event arrangements

Private events may be subject to additional written conditions covering guest numbers, deposits, timing, room use, suppliers, cancellation, damage and venue conduct. Where event-specific terms conflict with these general website terms, the event-specific terms will govern the relevant booking.

7. Guest conduct

Visitors must comply with lawful directions of venue staff, posted safety requirements and reasonable standards of behaviour. Conduct that threatens safety, disrupts other guests, damages property, interferes with venue operations or breaches applicable law may result in refusal of service or removal from the venue.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, brand elements, text, graphics and original presentation are owned by or licensed to Santaviqueplate and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, republication, automated extraction or commercial reuse requires prior permission unless a legal exception applies.

9. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the website, or use the website to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.

10. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable steps to keep website information current but do not warrant that every page will always be complete, error-free or continuously available. Maintenance, network conditions, operational changes or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Where an error is identified, we may correct it without prior notice.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation. Where liability can lawfully be limited, any limitation will operate only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Santaviqueplate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the informational website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights preserved by mandatory consumer law.

13. Third-party services

Operational services may rely on contracted infrastructure or service providers. Those relationships do not transfer ownership of your website content to the provider. Where a separate third-party service is introduced, its own terms may apply to that service and should be reviewed before use.

14. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Browser storage and cookie practices are described in the Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of the information governing use of the website.

15. Changes to the website and terms

We may change website features or update these terms where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or security reasons. The current version will state its effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, liability and dispute provisions, continue to apply.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you and cannot be displaced by agreement. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum rights available under applicable law.

18. Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down to the minimum extent necessary or severed where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

19. Contact

Questions about these terms may be sent to info@santaviqueplate.com or by post to Santaviqueplate Pty Ltd, 88 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
